Warranty Information

Airgle provides our valued customers with a 5 Year Warranty on systems. For over 25 years, Airgle has reliably provided top-tier quality parts and service to hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.

The terms and coverage details of your warranty are specific to the Airgle product that customers have purchased.

  • Product warranty is associated only with the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty covers only manufacturing defects of material and workmanship that may arise, despite normal operation and use of the product as described in the operating manual.
  • Repairs, installation & removal of the product shall be carried out only by an Authorized Service Personnel. The warranty will be null and void if proper procedures are not followed.
  • The warranty period is (2) years for commercial use and (5) years for non-commercial use, from the date of purchase.
  • Please note, this warranty is applicable exclusively to customers and distributors in North America. For local warranty information, kindly check with our local partners in your country.

What is Not Covered by this Warranty

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Unauthorized Service: Defects resulting from repairs, service, or alterations to the product performed by a service facility not authorized by Airgle.
  • Misuse and Negligence: Defects resulting from negligence, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, or improper maintenance of the product and its parts and accessories.
  • Damage from Non-Genuine Filters: Damage or performance issues directly caused by the use of non-Airgle filters.
  • Ordinary Wear or Cosmetic Damage: Scuffs, scratches, gouges, dents, and other cosmetic damages are not considered defects in materials or workmanship.

Extended Service Agreement

As an owner of an Airgle product, customers receive a comprehensive warranty. One can also elect to extend this important coverage with an Airgle Service Agreement to enjoy these additional benefits:

  • Investing in an extended service plan provides additional peace of mind. Customers will not have to cover the costs of major service, if your Airgle system needs it.
  • Tailored to meet your needs. Whether you choose a three, five or ten year Service Agreement, we’ll pay for all covered repairs needed to keep your Airgle product in peak operating condition.
  • A brand new system, if necessary.
    Our replacement coverage entitles you to a brand new Airgle system with comparable features if yours cannot be fixed.
