Return Policy

Airgle wants all of our customers to be happy with their investment. However, if you need to return a product, we’re here to help.

How Returns Work

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 14 calendar days to request a return. A restocking fee of 15% of the product’s cost will be applied against the refunded amount.

Our team is happy to help with returns for products you purchased through Airgle.com. Simply call (866) 501-7750 with your order number or product’s serial number handy and we can help you through the process.

NOTE: We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Airgle.com. If you purchased a product from a dealer, please contact that dealer regarding your return.

How to Return an Item

Call (866) 501-7750 with your order number or product serial number. For some products, we may be able to help arrange return shipping. Most often however, you will be required to ship the product back to us using a method, which provides a tracking number. We will not cover associated shipping fees.

What to Expect

Once your product has been received by us, please allow approximately 2-3 weeks to process your refund, less any return fees or adjustments. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of the returned shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If you have not received your refund after 2-3 weeks, please contact us at (866) 501-7750.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order provided that we have not initiated the shipping process. To cancel an order, please call us at (866) 501-7750 with your order number. We will refund your order as well as delivery, shipping and service fees.

If we have already initiated the shipping process, you will need to follow the above return policy.
